For the first time the Gay Pride was organized on two consecutive days in Mauritius in capital; Port-louis. Despite the presence of some anti-LGBT groups, the pride was a success.
The Young Queer Alliance was present for both days offering free face-painting and mehendi (henna) applications for all participants to the pride and members of the public from old to young. Other activities were also avaible on our stand as well of the distribution of pamplets on the LGBTQI Politics in Mauritius.
Free Mehendi, Face-painting and other activities for all ages
