Report Release: Defending the UN Independent Expert on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity

This 27th October 2017, the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA), will for the first time hear a report from the United Nations Independent Expert on the protection against violence and discrimination based on Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity (IE SOGI), Professor Vitit Muntarbhorn.

ARC International, International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans, and Intersex Association (ILGA), International Service for Human Rights and OutRight Action International released a joint report today to mark this historic event that will put into light the setting-up and confirmation of the mandate at the United Nations (UN) over the 2016 UNGA.
